A special launch evening was held to celebrate the opening of Christmas Kingdom at Celtic Manor.
Dancing On Ice stars Colin Jackson, Jamie Baulch, David Seaman, Frankie Poultney, Adam Jukes, Jenna Smith and Steve Williams all helped christen the Gocompare.com ice rink after a spectacular show from Cardiff International School of Skating.
Specially invited guests enjoyed a warming barbecue full of Christmas cheer as Santa welcomed the first guests to his cosy grotto.
Santa's Grotto is open every day until Christmas Eve while the Gocompare.com ice rink remains open thoughout the school holidays until 5th January.
